What sets young hyson tea apart from the rest is that it is harvested before the rains in order to preserve that sunny, fresh taste. Hence, why it is called young. Hyson tea is unique in that it is rolled into long furled shapes so that as it is brewed it unfurls to release the full extent of its powerful taste. Origin: China.
